For nearly 25 years, we have been developing ERP systems, point-of-sale solutions, and a mobility platform that help businesses work smarter, faster, and more customer-focused. We operate in the Netherlands and Belgium and are expanding further into the European market.
About this role
You will be part of a driven backend team of 8 developers and 2 product owners, working together to continuously develop and improve our cloud platforms.
The main product is the platform that serves as the back-end for our point-of-sale systems and numerous integrations. Through this platform, our customers manage products, (external) devices, transactions, inventory, and promotions, and generate various reports and analyses. In addition, we offer a loyalty portal and several solutions that enable customers to issue mobility cards.
We work according to Agile principles, and the sprints you contribute to include:
- Custom projects within the platform
- Performance and scalability improvements
- General feature enhancements and user experience improvements
This means you’ll work on a wide variety of tasks across different sprints and products. The shared goal is to deliver products with your team that you can truly be proud of.
Who are you?
You feel at home in a social, informal, and open culture. You are helpful and curious, adapt easily, and think not only technically but also from the user’s perspective. In addition, you are willing to provide critical input on functionality and processes.
Furthermore, you have:
- Several years of experience as a back-end developer
- Knowledge of PHP, Symfony, Git, Docker, MariaDB, RabbitMQ, and VueJS (a plus)
This knowledge and experience is desirable, but if you don’t meet all the requirements, that’s not a problem. With your independent and persistent attitude, we’re happy to help you grow further.
