Hello Carwash was already using a license plate recognition system that automatically identifies subscription holders and prepaid customers. The flexibility of the SPIN cloud platform to easily connect with other systems made the SPINpos iPad register an obvious choice.
From subscription to administration
The SPINpos iPad POS system at Hello Carwash is fully equipped with a wireless payment terminal, receipt printer, cash drawer, and barcode scanner. All of this hardware is professionally built into the SPINbox: a waterproof enclosure neatly integrated into the payment kiosks.
The POS system is directly connected to the license plate cameras, allowing subscription holders and prepaid customers to be recognized automatically. Due to the integration with WashOffice, Extendas’s back-office system, new subscriptions are processed fully automatically: from the online application to recognition at the wash terminal, without any manual intervention.
All hardware was installed within a single day, followed by a short training session for staff on how to use the SPINpos system. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, they were able to get started right away on their own.
Efficient management of administration and finances
In addition to a seamless customer experience, Hello Carwash also chose to streamline their administration and finances. Using the WashOffice back-office system, they can easily manage all customer data, products, and sales from one central location. This prevents duplicate work and makes it easy to quickly gain insight into performance and profit margins.
