Timeline Extendas
Founding of Extendas
Marcel Cauli and Edwin Westen (†) founded Extendas and started developing an ERP system (FuelOffice) for the petrol industry.
Integration with Suppliers
Grote doorbraak in de markt met integratie van toeleveranciers. Het aantal klanten groeit enorm.
ERP System with Multiple Modules
Extendas becomes a market leader in retail, and FuelOffice evolves into a complete system for oil trading and card management.
Start of Cloud Solution Development
As market pioneers, the first fully cloud-based solutions are developed, including a customer portal for fuel cards and an iPad POS system.
Partnership with Mokobouw
Extendas and Mokobouw form a partnership to further invest in POS systems. Extendas focuses on software, while Mokobouw handles hardware and installation.
Acquisition of CCV Card Services
The card services CCV is acquired, and the company relocates from Hengelo to Enschede, near the University of Twente.
MID Certification
POS systems become suitable for petrol operations in Europe, and an outdoor payment terminal is launched based on Gilbarco hardware.
Introduction of Unmanned Car Washes
A new product emerges from a collaboration with ING: an unmanned terminal for car washes combined with license plate recognition.
Expansion to Belgium and EV Introduction
The first POS client in Belgium is onboarded, and the fuel card can now also be used for electric vehicle charging across Europe in partnership with Road.
Changes in Management and Shareholders
Marcel Cauli steps down, with management taken over by Arjan Vissers and Tim Bethlehem. Shareholders are Mokobouw and the management team.
