Our help desk offers their support mostly online. They do this via remote support sessions, where they take over your desktop with your consent. You can then watch how the help desk employee explains function or solves problems on your computer.
For this you need to download the TeamViewer program (available for Windows and Mac). Click below on the download that applies to your system.
The help desk also uses remote support sessions to explain new modules in the FuelOffice back office system.
