Our revolutionary approach to chain integration has made us the leading Dutch ERP supplier to the petrol market.
Today more than 1,200 petrol stations and oil dealers use our user-friendly FuelOffice back office system – a system that has been on the market since 2001. And we have not been inactive in the meantime. As a result, it became possible to link to even more, important suppliers following a new release in 2004. With this release, electronic invoicing and the electronic transmission of purchase orders came within easy reach of many forecourt shop owners.
We launched FuelPortal in 2008. The cloud platform acts as a data broker and this simplifies the link between back office and third parties such as suppliers, oil companies and industry associations. The cloud platform also offers numerous opportunities for sharing and comparing back office data (benchmarking).
From social media and apps to the back office system
In recent years we have put our shoulders to the wheel in our latest challenge: the customer in your forecourt shop. The customer was the only link in the whole chain which had not yet been integrated. This was addressed when Extendas offered the SPIN platform, as of 2010.
SPIN stands for Social Petrol INtelligence. It is an innovative software platform that allows you to link valuable customer data to the back office. It consists of a loyalty app for loyal customers, an innovative iPad checkout (POS) in the forecourt shop and a real-time link to the back office system.

It’s no surprise then that the SPIN platform uses state-of-the-art technology to increase customer loyalty and to integrate the customer into the petrol chain.
