The Extendas payment terminal for unmanned fuel stations (SPINopt) has been available for customers for some time, we received many enthusiastic responses about the possibilities of this unmanned solution during the Tankstation Vakbeurs (most important trade show for fuel stations and car washes in The Netherlands and Belgium). One of the major advantages of the OPT is that it is equipped with the latest pin terminal from CCV, a pin terminal which can also handle contactless payments. Extendas has received the OPI certificate from CCV for this integration.

OPP – C60 PIN TERMINAL

The OPP-C60 is CCV’s newest pin terminal. This product offers, in addition to paying with card entry, the option of contactless payment. The combination of the C60 pin terminal and the SPINopt from Extendas provides fuel station owners with the opportunity to offer their customers contactless payment. Unique within the industry, as Extendas is the first in the Netherlands!

With the rise of Apple Pay, paying at SPINopt becomes even easier; customers can easily pay with their smartphone at the pump. ING and Rabobank already offer this possibility and other banks are expected to follow soon.
